Key Person Insurance (Key Man Insurance) is a type of life insurance policy that helps safeguard and provides a death benefit to a business if its owner or another significant employee dies or becomes disabled.  A policy can also include a rider for disability coverage to help if a key employee is disabled.  Age and health restrictions apply.
