Budget Evaluation
Budget Evaluation is a strategy used for evaluating a business' financial well-being. By scrutinizing the budget, you can monitor how much revenue the business is receiving and compare that amount to how much cost that revenue will assure, in a period of time. Ideally, the business is advised to evaluate the budget at the end of every month and use that information to plan the budget for the next month. Budget Evaluation, is an ongoing strategy used until the business or corporation is stable and in the black monthly, after achieving that, a quarterly review is advised.
